What counts as AI content?

AI content counts as any text, image, or media generated wholly or partly by an AI model rather than written entirely by a person from scratch. That spans a wide range, from a full article drafted by ChatGPT with no edits, to a human written piece that used AI for a grammar check or a single suggested headline.

Google has stated it does not treat AI assisted content as automatically lower quality, and it does not require disclosure for using AI as a writing tool. What it does penalize is content produced at scale purely to manipulate rankings, regardless of whether AI or a person wrote it.

The practical takeaway is that the production method matters less than whether the final content is accurate, useful, and adds something a reader could not easily find elsewhere.

Our AI search optimization softwarechecks usefulness directly rather than flagging AI involvement.

BlazeHive finds the buyer-intent keywords your customers search right before they buy, then writes and publishes the pages that put you in front of them.
